Sydney began practicing yoga when she was a child, and has been in love with the practice ever since. At 21 years old she decided to take her first Kundalini class and it resonated with her so strongly that she immediately began her KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. During her training, she traveled to the sacred valley of Peru to practice under Master Teachers Jai Dev Singh and Simrit Kaur Khalsa for a transformative healing journey. She finds Kundalini Yoga to be so powerful because the combination of pranayam, asana, mantra and mudra are so highly effective at heightening your awareness and allowing you to see yourself as your true identity, your Sat Naam. She feels that the opportunity to share this practice with others is the highest blessing and is repeatedly honored and humbled each time she stands in front of a class.
