Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan, includes warm-up movements, kriya (set of postures), pranayam (breathwork), mantra, meditation and Gong relaxation. It offers all eight limbs of yoga in each practice. Within each class stress is released, awareness awakened, creativity nourished and connection with your infinite nature is revealed.
