Class Descriptions:

Kundalini Dance – This class combines The practices of Kundalini yoga and dance.  Creating a beautiful combo to dance from a deeply personal space..while being interactive, playful and joyous.
Carried Rhythmic sounds/music will be played nurturing and inspiring you to express yourself through movement..
Uplifting your mind, putting a sweat on your brow and a smile deep in your heart.
Each class will be unique, starting with a warm up, Kriya, dance and a collective conscious cool down…
No dance experience necessary

Sacred Women’s Circle – For relaxation and health, women need a safe and sacred space to gather and discuss different facets of life.  Each month we will focus on a theme, collaborate, set intentions and share wisdom through storytelling to uplift and support one another.  We will tap into our divine feminine strength and raise our vibration.

Sound Meditation – You will be guided and prepared to deeply relax and receive the healing energies of the gong, bells & bowls. Sound vibrations can clear the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, organize emotional energies, revitalize the glandular, nervous and immune systems, open and align chakras, and clear the magnetic field. Let the sound carry you into a meditative state to support integrative healing of the whole self. The more sound sessions one attends, the better the results. Sound is an excellent therapy for all stress-related issues, depression, fatigue, feelings of separation or loneliness, and many other conditions caused by a lack of balance and harmony in the body or mind.

Kundalini Yoga Community Class – An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.  FREE CLASS ~ ALL ARE WELCOME
