As a therapist, I am passionate in helping to bring about healing and inner growth for the children, teens and adults I treat. I utilize a holistic approach, as I believe we all have the ability to heal from within. In therapy, I can help you to utilize your inner resources to transform emotional responses and clear blocks that have been keeping you stuck. In your therapy session, you will be provided a supportive environment with the goal of bringing clarity and peace to your mind and body.
My intention when treating children is to restore their happiness and help build their emotional strength and sense of self through the development of good relationships, effective communication and healthy perceptions. With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in the treatment of children and teens for a wide variety of issues.
Therapy sessions are tailored to the individual client. Therapeutic interventions will vary based on the presenting issues and individual’s preferences. Therapy sessions are provided on an individual or family therapy basis. They are typically once a week for 45 minutes. I currently accept Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield and out of pocket payment.
